There are two obvious holes in the windows of one suite facing the same direction. Anyone up close or with a scope / binocs could see this. You don't have to see the shooter to start lobbing suppressive rifle fire into those two windows. What the fuck was SWAT thinking? The first priority should be to stop the shooter from shooting into the massive crowd. There should have been snipers on rooftops across from the shooters hotel lobbing rounds into the window holes, this would have saved lives because Paddock either has to stop shooting the crowd below and take cover or continue shooting and get shot.
