And of course there's LA. The other huge hotbed. There's some in Norcal, like in wine country, but they're fairly low-key. Napa does have gang crime though, because of them, but they bury the information because tourism.
A friend at the local PD just confirmed to me that they will be quietly cooperating with ICE. Nobody will admit it officially of course, though. I'm sure they are not alone, too. So all is not lost.
