In the western part (B.C) yes. God I fucking hate the mainlanders specifically. Generally it's easy to tell who is who, by listening for Cantonese or Mandarin.

Every city is full of asians, the suburbs are full of browns. There are still plenty towns that are mostly white once you get an hour away from any major city.
