-Delivered, rushed out of delivery room because they needed it, into a recovery room with 3 other women and their babies. If they'd wanted me to stay longer I would have left AMA
-Have a friend who's had migraines since childhood, never got an MRI. Wait time for migraine specialist is 1 year in Toronto, nobody has even bothered referring her. She has migraines 1-2x a week and nobody cares
-family member getting worked up by a specialist. 1st specialist declined taking him as a patient, telephone tag for months, finally get 4 month wait time to see another specialist, 1-2 months between visits, by the time he gets definitive treatment it will have taken at least 1 year
-called around trying to get primary, most offices do not answer phone, NO doctor will schedule you for a physical on the first visit, they want to prescreen you first and if you're medically needy refuse you as a patient. We got our primary by buttering up a doctor as a walk in somewhere
-know someone who got scheduled for an MRI at midnight
