Stop blaming food and GMO shit, I've lived off nothing but fast food and no working out for almost 4 years straight and the only change is that I gained 15 pounds by year 4 overall. Food isn't the issue, nor is laziness.
This is sad....Ironically the people who take care of him and who seem to be concerned for his well being are probably the #1 culprits , the #1 enemies of this guy's health...They never had the guts to stop him from eating like a fucking pig...Never controlled his eating habits...
I guess you could argue that it was his responsability and he's also to blame for his own problems true....but the point remains, the people who surround him certainly aren't helping...on the contrary...

was 330 about 5 months ago, down to 280 now. Still way obese but I think I'm going in the right direction
Trying to limit calories, no juice ( was drinking half a gallon a day, thinking it was better than soda)
No more eating at night, after 7 I don't eat (still bad at this, end up eating a bagel or something a lot of the time)

Exercise as soon as you can. It's never fun to start up on, because there are no immediate results and only hard work. But over time it will shift your mentality, and the kicks you get from eating, you will get from exercise instead. Your eating habits will automatically shift towards healthier food, when you expose your body to exercise.
We are meant to eat calories - and equally meant to burn them again.
And congratulations on the weight loss. Good job. Hopefully it can encourage you further. It is really hard fucking work, and it requires mental strength and endurance.
I joined a gym last week, I've been 3 times and it's awful. Hot as balls in there and I sweat like a ham in a july window but I'm getting some work done so that's something
The trick is to not mistake early difficulty for permanent difficulty. It's a mind game vs yourself.

start going for walks for one hour at least and start drinking more water 5-8 cups a day, and perhaps going to the gym at least 3-4 times a week, shit is going tobe difficult at first but youll start seeing results.

You are fighting the hardest curve at the moment. You get zero reward from going to the gym and "starving" yourself. You probably feel uncomfortable in the gym compared to the 'roid wrecks, who live there.
And this I admire. I admire that you are able to take this step for yourself, because it is definitely the hardest step, and even though I am not overweight myself - and have never been - I can somehow understand the challenge, you face.
Good luck doing it. I promise that your brain and nature will reward you later down the road.

Drink water or unsweetened tea/coffee only. If your hungry drink water and have a small portion of light things like nuts or fruit (1 apple or banana a day don't overdo the fruit), but try to stick to just three (small portioned) meals a day. Try to get at least 15-30 minutes of exercise a day. The biggest thing is to try to stay focused, when your about to reach for that piece of cake or 3rd slice of pizza remember what your future is going to look like if you don't unfuck yourself. Don't be too afraid to treat yourself every now and then so you don't have a huge relapse, but still keep the portion down ex: TWO SCOOPS of ice cream instead of five or whatever.
