He's important for some characters that are important.
And he will be important later in the manga.

Except she doesn't. The only similarity are the hair spikes but it ends there. You'd have to be brain damaged to mistake her for Killua.

Her whole role was to put a cap on Meruem team, then she died of poison like the rest anyways, like any filler character. I think Togashi realized just how OP Meruem was and find a way to restrict his moves.
