IIRC E. Michael Jones spends some time in his book, Libido Dominandi, examining Carlucci's activities in Portugal. The book is excellent and will blow your mind - it's all about the issue of sex, and particularly illicit sexual activity, being used as a tool of political manipulation and control. This was understood as far back as the ancient Greeks, but it wasn't really weaponised until the Marquis de Sade whose works played a significant role in the French Revolution, which effectively destroyed the old French, Catholic identity (and by extension, French morality) and replaced it with a new liberal morality.

This is why we're seeing all of this gender ideology and LGBT garbage. It's political control and they're not even really trying to hide it any more.
