IF this is a larp...... they have been around the block and down the rabbit holes...... ATS, David Icke, PP were pretty much the only conspiracy boards around that time.
Basically they're summoning the fear to create the NAU, which would also solve the large debt/economic issues when they issue a new currency.

The "-John" user poster (who likely just died AKA john beilman) had said to watch out for 3 black vans, which if you've been down the rabbit hole... the whole light to dark, black/white symbolism is strong.
Megaanon also mentioned that Pence was in town..... so why would blackwater operators intervene on a VIP protection..... if there was a bigger event about to happen that would affect him..... operation blackjack.
It also makes sense with all the explosives in the car and such... however, it also means there was like other people about to meet paddock in the hotel room... scary!
