If there is nothing to see here that why not release video. My thoughts is the MGM quite obviously allowed or did not have any security of their service elevator. Obviously, per 60 minutes interview with Wynn, the service elevator was accessed. This might be a very big lawsuit for MGM as that might not be standard for hotel.
