This is better than OP's but I still disagree. Bangladesh wouldn't side against India, it's patron, and Nepal wouldn't side with India, since 2008 it's been under Beijing's thumb.
While much of Africa is under the influence of China, I wouldn't say they'd all declare war, and I doubt the North Africa would side with the Chinese either.
Turks wouldn't side with Chinese either, they support East Turkestan seccession.

Latin America, just like any economy based on the export of primary resources, will remain neutral and will not take any military action, instead, they will sell their resources to the fighters, giving some advantages to the sides they are closest to.
