When I was in my teens a couple decades ago there was a story going around about a phone number 1-800-FIREGOD. When called , they know instantly who you were and shit would get weird after , cars following you ,mail opened , folks vanishing or getting taken by the feds. One day I called it from a pay phone in a busy metro area and some one anwsered , "special operations" . I immediately hung it up and it INSTANTLY rang back. I ran and nothing happened to me . I had forgotten about it till tonight about 20 years later and decided to google it . Nothing. I even tried the actual numeric and it just gave me vague Chinese mobile data. Cells were pretty much non existent back then
