Communism is the next stage of humanity following the capitalist stage and the socialist stage.
What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:

The primary concern with marxism is solving the issue of exploitation. Exploitation is, as i understand it, where a capitalist alienates a worker from his labor (e.g. he deprives the worker of the surplus value of his labor).
If a worker were to save up his wages and invest i his own company's dividend paying stocks, wouldnt this solve the problem of alienation by paying the worker back his surplus value?

I'll add to what I said: Authoritarian communism isn't going to last because the people have no motive to work, thus turning into forced socialism. There may be a balance point of his, but the economy is already low and the people are sick of it, they want the freedom to be poor by themselves, under capitalism. The Nordic model is slightly below the balance point - a.k.a, a welfare state taken further. This is basically very moderate socialism; people get enough percent to keep working but the gov't cares for those who can't work.

I live in Huston or something, and there are jets flying above my house right now. Something isn't right. Yesterday I heard a radio announcement warning me that like next Wednesday (or around then), "the white will fall". What the fuck? And then this morning an army guy came to my for and said "you're going to fucking die soon" and then he left. Something is deeply wrong.
For the past month, I've felt it coming. It's like I can sense that something bad is going to happen, I can feel it in my very bones. I don't know what, but I'm not looking forward to this coming Thursday.
The evidence is piling up too. My brother works at an investment bank. Last month, he just off and left for an entire week with his family down to Florida (or some other tropical place if you are in Florida already). Didn't say anything. I think he knows what's going to happen, and just got things mixed up and got out of town last month instead of this week. Something is definitely going to happen on Friday, I've never been more sure of anything.
And there have been so many military exercises lately. The military base I live near has had military men and navy seals flowing in and out for the last few months, as if they're preparing for something. I went out there with my camera the other day to get evidence for the big happening on Saturday, but they wouldn't let me inside. Something big is definitely up for Sunday.
Finally though, the biggest sign that something isn't right is that earlier this week, I awoke to flashing lights and sound. Everyone shuffled out of the building, and I heard some people whispering something about an oven. Are they preparing to put us into gas chambers?
I'm shaking and scared. I don't know what's going to happen Monday, but I suggest that you all buy water filters and get out of the big cities now. I'm leaving out to the woods.

What this all means as a general principle is that the price which one producer is willing to pay for any given ingredient becomes the price that other producers are forced to pay for that same ingredient. This applies whether we are talking about the milk that goes into making cheese, ice cream, and yogurt or we are talking about the wood that goes into making baseball bats, furniture, and paper. If the amount of paper demanded doubles, this means that the demand for wood pulp to make paper goes up. As the price of wood rises in response to this increased demand, that in turn means that the prices of baseball bats and furniture will have to go up, in order to cover the higher costs of the wood from which they are made.
The repercussions go further. As the price of milk rises, dairies have incentives to produce more milk, which can mean buying more cows, which in turn can mean that more cows will be allowed to grow to adulthood, instead of being slaughtered for meat as calves. As the price of wood rises, forestry companies have incentives to plant more trees. Nor do the repercussions stop there. As fewer cows are slaughtered, there is less cowhide available, and the prices of baseball gloves can rise because of supply and demand. As forestry companies plant more trees, they buy up more land on which to plant those trees, so that the price of land on which to build houses goes up. Such repercussions spread throughout the economy, much as waves spread across a pond when a stone drops into the water. By the same token, if someone figures out a way to produce cereal more cheaply, or how to create new foods that are cheaper or better substitutes for cereal, the repercussions of that spread out in all directions as well.

one labor credit for one hour of easy work ten labor credits for working with radiation or doing difficult surgery, etc.

These labor credits are, then, basically money. They have no physical value, but you can trade them for things because that's socially agreed on. That's money. Also, what you're saying is basically have an endcap for possible gain? How do you prevent people from cheating the system? Say I bribe someone by giving them my car, then. What now? So the system would have to reset each year? If I work for 10 credit/he for 10hrs a day, 20 days a month all year round, I can gain 28k credits. Say I use up 14 a day (enough for a worker working 1cred/hr to live with), I have 22,890 (28,000-365*14) credits left by the end of the year. If I save up for some years, I totally could.
