Which is the best recent KyoAni villain?

Which is the best recent KyoAni villain?

The only villain in Hibike was procrastination, and hetfags.

ribbon

graduation

Yuuko did nothing wrong

...

Ribbon a cute

...

...

>not shouko

Defend her please.

...

It's typical high school drama.
If you really think ribbons counts as villain, you haven't seen many villains.
They even made up at the end.

She wanted her senpai to have fond memories of high school and achieve everything her senpai worked for.
Then suddenly some arrogant freshman shows up who knows the teacher personally and suddenly gets the solo that her senpai worked three years for. Anyone would be pissed.

Even when she realized how truly talented Reina was, she didn't want her senpai's hard work to amount to nothing.

Trash who can't accept reality.

...

is that Subaru

It's okay. Natsuki loves her regardless.

Don't say she was right, but that doesn't make her a villain.
Also Reina a shithead.

Reina literally did nothing wrong.

She was an arrogant bitch.

She wasn't arrogant, just extremely autistic and doesn't know how to interact with others properly. She even mentions to Kumiko how she doesn't want to seem like a bad person to others and Kumiko assures her that even if everyone thinks she is a terrible person she will stay by her.

To everyone else she definitely seemed arrogant though.

If Reina stay silence and let Taki-sensei finishes his explanation to Yuuko, thing won't become as bad as it was as Yuuko only asked about what she heard from other student to Taki-sensei, if he can give good explanation to everyone there, the drama would have ended easily.

Ribbons is the cutest villain and I hope she finds happiness.

Is this even a question?

I liked how much Enigma stood out design/art style wise.

yes

Enigmama did nothing wrong

Incest is wrong

Yuuko is the older one here. Yuuko was Reina's senpai. It's expected from the older one to act in a more mature way.
People is hypocrite as always. They want Reina to be more mature when she's the younger one but they're willing to overlook Yuuko's childish behavior.

Ribbons did nothing wrong.

Best villain and the best girl

Sexy, cool, genuinely threatening, yet not comically evil, and somehow sympathetic. No contest.

Yuuko only brings up her problem with Taki (who is somewhat suspicious given the circumstances). Reina takes this as an attack against her (even though it isn't) and makes snarky, uncalled for comments about Kaori's ability. No one is really in the right in this situation.

Enigma almost makes me wish I didn't drop Phantom World.

>only had two episodes
It's not fucking fair

All phantom girls were like that. Cool backstory, amazing character design, fun personality, one episode and gone.

This, sadly, the phantom girls were more interesting than the main cast.

Yuuko was an immature, jealous and childish bitch. The way she approached the problem was wrong. She could've talk with the teacher in private but no, she acted entitled thinking that she would've the rest of the group on her side.
She was selfish.
She didn't stop to think if what she was doing was the right thing for Kaori. She did it because she thought she was right about the teacher playing favorites and she felt like it was her right to stop such an injustice, even knowing that Reina was objectively better than Kaori. She took it personally, she didn't really care for Kaori, her only concern was to prove that what Taki was doing was not fair.

She had no idea that Reina was better than Kaori. And although it could have been handled better, it's pretty difficult to argue her actions aren't justified. Bringing it up in private doesn't really make much sense, it just gives Taki a convenient way to brush shit under the rug. She brought it up publicly because she wanted a new audition and that's the best way to get it.
I don't know how you argue she was selfish. A bit dramatic and sanctimonious maybe but to say she only did what she did for herself is clearly false. And what she did ended up being the right thing for Kaori.
And yes, of course she did it because she thought there was an injustice. Why else would she intervene? Why is it not her right to do so?

prove me wrong

...

Shouya's an alright villain

If MC can call phantoms out to help him, can't he just call Enigma out?
>come home tired from Mai's afterschool training
>Enigma greets you decked out in an apron
>"Dinner will be ready shortly~"

I see Kyoani is continuing down their dark path.

Ribbon bitch for sure.

Yeah, this is gonna be amazing once its out. So many people are gonna bitch about Ueno.

I want to protect ribbon-chan

...

Never worked in showbiz. Nepotism is rampant and it's huge when anyone stands up to it.

And so was Reina's right to intervene because Reina did knew that this, indeed, was an injustice towards Taki and towards she herself. Even more so since Yuuko was basing her judgement on some rumors while Reina knew that she was in fact better than Kaori (and you as the viewer knew this, too) and thus she had been chosen.
The way Reina handled the problem was as wrong as Yuuko did. But the root of everything was Yuuko, so yeah, Yuuko did wrong everything. Reina only reacted to Yuuko's tantrum. Don't play with fire if you don't want to get burn.

Except for the fact that there was a clear possibility of nepotism? Reina doesn't even know that she's better, she never saw Kaori's audition. It's quite possible Taki gave her the part unfairly and she didn't even know.
You also can't really argue we know Reina is better either. That isn't clear until the public audition.

they're all terribly written one-note characters, just like every other kyoani creation

...

GoreAni is back!

I want a Ruru sized Enigma

...

Bowgirl, obviously.

I like Enigma in her normal size.

Kaori a cute.

Enigma is pure love, but this picture reminds me that I love Kyoukai no Kanta's art style more than anything.
