he had many positive social programs for his people.
The first two are Mario and Luigi, but who are the rest?
Ghadafi was by far the best.
Augusto Pinochet!
Literally 90% of dictators are leftist scum
Time for some Physical Removal
I read one of Saddam's love novels. Pretty cool guy.
>Chavez
>Dictator
C'mon now.
Chavez was not a dictator you dolt.
Shang Tsung, Donkey Kong and Ganon
>worst
Niyazov
Got to a high position by being so mediocre he wasn't worth getting out of the way when ambitious dickheads wanted to climb the sovietic hierarchy, and so empty he wasn't worth purging when traitors had to be found to clean the party from political dissent.
Then spent all his time in power writing a fucking religious book with himself as both prophet and god (and some say he was so close to being illiterate, it's possible he asked someone to write it for him). There is still a giant copy of it with automatically flipped pages.
>Best
Chiang Kai-Shek
It's not that he did nothing wrong, it's that he almost did everything right.
To the point that he arguably wasn't a dictator.

Not Ne Win of Myanmar or Pol Pot of Cambodia
Literally who
Emperor Augustus.
He knew Roman democracy was falling apart and the military would support martial law so he gave Rome the best Emperor he could by becoming it himself.
He shifted Rome's priorities from conquest and genocide (triumphs) to trade and achieved lasting comparative peace in the empire (Pax Romana)
Best dictator

Kys new fag
Gadaffi was the best thing to ever happen to Libya. He transformed it into a utopia, the Hitler of his time. A noble man.
Clinton laughed about his death. Bitch.

The worst ever.
>For almost three years he reigned as self-proclaimed Emperor of Central Africa
>He personally supervised judicial beatings and introduced a rule that thieves would have an ear cut off for the first two offenses and a hand for the third. In December 1976, in emulation of his hero Napoleon, he appointed himself emperor of the Central African Empire, with a coronation ceremony in 1977 costing US$20 million ($80 million today), practically bankrupting the country. His diamond-encrusted crown alone cost $5 million ($20 million today).[2] In 1979 he had hundreds of schoolchildren arrested for refusing to buy uniforms from a company owned by one of his wives. Bokassa was reported to have personally supervised the massacre of 100 of the schoolchildren by his Imperial Guard.[citation needed]
Ne Win was an idiot with far too much power on his hands.
But yeah, Pol Pot is pretty high on the list too.
He had the reputation of being "remarkably intelligent", which is all thanks to his father working in the colonial administration basically buying him degrees from the best schools arround. When he left for France to study engineering, it turned out he couldn't read the latin alphabet, and had a hard time reading khmer as well.
