This is a huge massive win for a few million people. But unless associations grow rapidly in number and size this wont do much.
Basically nobody in the country knows wtf this executive order is or how it works and when they find out they dont really benefit from it it could fail spectacularly from lack of interest.
This isnt a step to fix obamacare. This is randpaul doing whatever is legally possible to try to bail out americans who are being crushed by this.
The reality is it might be too late. And the mid terms and next election is basically a referendum on national healthcare.
