Zeldri's commandment is still in effect so he is obviously alive.
Estarossa's commandment isn't in effect anymore because Gil, Howzer, the fat knight and jericho's brother can all move.
So either he is dead, or his commandment isn't in effect because he is too far away(even though Zeldris's still works), or he got affected by his own commandment after this and that somehow nullified the effect of his commandment on the holy knights(even though it doesn't work that way for galan?)
