2 Shooters - no doubt now

I was not convinced that there were two shooters from the cab video. It sounded more like an echo because you would always hear the higher sounding shot, proceeded by the lower sounding one. On the sounds in your video, the pauses between the two sounds are nothing alike. The low pitched fire keeps on going, while the high pitched fire pauses and stops intermittently.

Use Audacity or proTools. The Transients would always be the same time apart (as long as distance remains static within about 100 feet/sec)

2 guns would have different timings bang echo bang..echo echo bang. Someone should be able to pull an Echo track and a Direct tract probably with an EQ alone maybe throw a gate on it. Stack the 2 resulting tracks and the transients which stand out will be obvious as hell.

Hard Mode: Get a few recordings and triangulate based on distance. Sound moves at ~ 1080 FPS. Since the shooter was way further away a few degrees of change relative to his location might give slightly different results (since different angles/echos etc) like I said Hard FBI tier Mode... but possible

user, those higher pitched sounds you hear are the bullets hitting the pavement. The lower sounds are the actual gun blasts. The delay is due to the distrance between the two and the speed sound travels. Same reason why at fireworks shows the flash and the boom dont match up

It is impossible to tell. You would need to know how the door came off it's hinges and it which position it was placed down. It could have easily been rotated either way. To tell which side was up you'd need to see the only differentiating factor, the handle or inner lock mechanism. Don't let the britcuck belittle you.

I would assume the shot mid door and around the lock, but if you look at the edge laying on the floor, there appears to be a rim/marking/change in colour which would imply it was the hinge side
