It's not that he is rushing the ending, so to speak, it's just that Shonen Jump was fed up with Kubo's shit and decided to axe it. Everyone knows that the pacing in Bleach has been utter shit since Hueco Mundo, and the story is a complete disaster with more subplots and side-characters that have never been given any afterthought.

Kubo brought this upon himself, and now the fans have to pay for his slothful storytelling. SJ and Shueisha are doing us a favor by killing this series now and not prolonging it and having Kubo give us whatever bullshit ending he originally had intended to give (in however many more years that would have taken).

But I like Kubo's art

1. Buy the intellectual property from Jump and Tite Kubo
2. Hire Kubo
3. Make a reboot. Like, Ultimate Bleach or Bleach SINS
4. Make it monthly, so Kubo's panel layout & pacing actually work.
5. Make it seinin.
