Ignoring zanpaktou reveals because those aren't plot points and could be written in with mindless fights:

>Urahara and Yoruichi past
>Rangiku and the hogyuko details and resolution
>Isshin revealed to Gotei
>Karin meeting with Urahara
>Hiyori finding out about her old captain
>Why Hitsugaya became captain
>Harribel
>Only like two Quincy were actual fleshed out characters
>Ichigo's human friends
>Yawach has Yama's bankai never went anywhere with it
>How did arrancar learn to be quincy
>Chad and Ganju
>Who was uncle?
>So they can go on without a Soul King now?
>Why Vaizards never used their masks again

There's more but I can't remember all of it.

Such as?

None of those are plot holes, and about half of them have already been answered for you.

you need to actually have a plot to have holes in it.

Is it finally ENDED?????

>So they can go on without a Soul King now?
>Implying next chapter wont show Ywach's corpse shoved into a crystal in SK palace

>So they can go on without a Soul King now?

70% chance it's Ichigo.

Other 30% chance it's Aizen.

>Why Hitsugaya became captain

I thought there was already a movie made about this?

did nick simmons draw this?

Next time, on Dragon Ball Z:
It's over!

Also,

>What happened to Halibel
>Who/What is the Soul King
>Yawach's backstory, motivation and relation to the Soul King (same for Aizen, why does he detest the Soul King?)
>What happened to Kira
>Yachiru is sword?
>Who did Mayuri find hanging in Szayels lab
>Aizen's Bankai. All the rest are superfluous, but this is a glaring plot hole in my mind.
>What happened to Yoruichi's zanpakuto?

Kubo would've been better off just dropping it outright, then claiming the series got cancelled. He could've gotten some sympathy that way, but now he's more of a hack than he already was.

Only shit I feel the devilman ending

I honestly don't understand why Jump would be in such a rush to cancel a fucking 15 year series. You think they would have at least been ok with letting Kubo ride out a few more chapters since its not like Bleach doesnt still make money. Kubo must have fucked someones wife or daughter

>oh alright if you're giving me the axe I guess i'll just stop working heh
>h-hey guys WSJ wouldn't let me finish bleach, look how awful they are!

That's some pretty childish logic.

Because Kubo has been dragging every chapter out for the past 5 years
Literally every fight is "just kidding I was behind you the entire time" tier. And I doubt even if it ended later Kubo would have made anything better. Jump should've given him the axe sooner desu

The fuck was his deal anyway

Lived like a jobber, died like a jobber

You know the difference between unexplained backstory and plot holes, right user?

Vastro lorde

He should have got beaten and replaced as the villain by the rape monk desu.

This whole last arc was a joke

I can't come up with a single memorable moment, except maybe the captain commander's death

>hogyuko details and resolution
>>Isshin revealed to Gotei
>>Karin meeting with Urahara
>>Hiyori finding out about her old captain
>>Why Hitsugaya became captain
>>Harribel
>>Only like two Quincy were actual fleshed out characters
>>Ichigo's human friends
>>Yawach has Yama's bankai never went anywhere with it
>>How did arrancar learn to be quincy
>>Chad and Ganju
>>Who was uncle?

>>Who did Mayuri find hanging in Szayels lab

Are you an idiot?

He isn't dead.

He's going to pop back in next chapter, get blown out, and then that's it.

>Karin meeting with Urahara

Not important. He was just giving her ghost repellent. He also dropped a hint about restoring Ichigo's powers.

>Who did Mayuri find hanging in Szayels lab

It was the Arrancars that Mayuri used against that zombie chick.

>What happened to Kira
Become a fancy cyborg zombie and fought a weakened chicken jesus
>Yachiru is sword?
Yes?

Retconned the Espada into Vatro Lordes in a databook.

>Who/What is the Soul King
I thought it was said they created him to stabilize the 3 main worlds?

Renruki confirmed!
Ichiruki BTFO!
Thank you based Kubo.
This makes up for everything

>Urahara and Yoruichi past
Turn Back The Pendulum, they were captains together the fuck
>Rangiku and the hogyuko details and resolution
Aizen already explained it grants what the user itself thinks is possible.
>Isshin revealed to Gotei
Not even sure what this means.
>Karin meeting with Urahara
Wasted potential here, she was meeting him for hollow spray implying that she can see spirits, why didn't Kubo go anywhere with this?
>Hiyori finding out about her old captain
This feels vaguely familiar for some reason.
>Why Hitsugaya became captain
Wasn't there that one negative numbered chapter that explained it?
>Harribel
I assume someone helped her escape, I mean shit that would be lame.
>Only like two Quincy were actual fleshed out characters
No argument there, it's why the Espada/Arrancar will always be a better roster of characters than the Sternritters.
>Ichigo's human friends
They needed more screentime, no doubt.
>Yawach has Yama's bankai never went anywhere with it
Did the weird pill that Urahara make take it back from him? Can't remember how it worked.
>How did arrancar learn to be quincy
The medallion if I remember right.
>Chad and Ganju
We never got a chapter of their statue fight where Chad reveals he had full El Diablo armor ;_;
>Who was uncle?
Who? When? Where?
>So they can go on without a Soul King now?
Probably Ichigo or Aizen.
>Why Vaizards never used their masks again
Kubo forgot.

>Yawach has Yama's bankai never went anywhere with it
He lost it, creepy monk erased it with his powers

>bache will remake the world
>aizen says welcome to MY soul society
>I Will kill you when you are most happy
>boy isn't this 19 year peace great? Congrats rukia!
>Bache goo and riatsu spotted
>one chapter left
Going in deep and dry I hope.

bache wins, resets world, Zombie Powder reboot announced

>Renruki confirmed!
Where? Renji just formally congratulates Rukia, to her new post. That hints rather opposite. If there was something more between them, I thing that his reaction would be rather little different and more personal.
And sincerely this chapter proves nothing about any ship. Only we now know, that Rukia will become captain.
By the way, whole contingency of this time skip, gives me bad feeling. Considering that Yhwach's ability is timeline manipulation I expect "twist ending".

Yes, Yhwach is going to pop up, but Ichigo will obviously cut him down instantly.

>Yhwach's reiatsu
>10 years of happiness
>Yhwach literally said he'd disappear and show up when they're at their happiest and cut them down
>He was defeated but it'll still happen because "lol timehax" since Kubo is a shitty writer

Not to mention it says there's going to be an announcement and an extra. I can likely see it ending here and then announcing a sequel or a move to another magazine.

No, the Dangai being a plot-device on time-distortion was just forgotten

WSJ is 'cancelling' Bleach because it doesn't rate well in Jump. The volumes still sell indicating there is an audience for it.

It's not rocket-science, they want series that sell their 100% recycled toilet paper. Not ones that sell volumes.

I liked the fighting

>Is supposed to be able to see everything and change the future regardless
>Couldn't see where the fuck Ichigo was at
>Or where that fucking arrow came from
>Or know of Ichogo's sword or dodge/block/re-destroy it

What the fuck was that arc?

I still don't understand what is being achieved when a shinigami uses a hollow mask if they are two sides of the same coin.

Additionally, if white ichigo/the mask represented his shinigami powers, and his zanpakuto was channeling his quincy powers, then where exactly does that latent potential of a shinigami lie for him, since the whole hollow and zanpakuto access methods are already taken?

He went through that whole taming the inner hollow thing which occasionally came out, but were his hollow AND shinigami powers just lumped together into that? I don't quite understand how it is structured for him.

People argue that this arrow was a blind spot, but surely you'll notice that you have a blind spot if you are this perceptive to begin with. The result of dismissing an actual future as a dream should have allowed him to dismiss many other futures.
I wonder if this means he just got lucky and was overestimating himself.

Ichigo's reformed "actual" bankai turning out to be a shell for his shikai was nonsense though.

Given that his first sword/bankai was a proxy for his quincy powers, getsuga tensho was just a generic quincy energy blast, and the rest was just being strong/fast which isn't an ability, it's just a tier of strength/competence.

I want to know what his unique abilities were. Even Zaraki turned completely red and had some cutting ability.

Don't forget these guys.

Daily reminder Ururu was strong enough to at least challenge an Arrancar, but was never explained or even used again.

The worst thing is that we're obviously getting a final movie or something. I fucking hate Kubo. I just wanted this to end. Instead I got a sequel that no one asked for and more years of incessant shipping war. holy shit.

>I still don't understand what is being achieved when a shinigami uses a hollow mask if they are two sides of the same coin.
They're not, only in Ichigo's case.

>

Additionally, if white ichigo/the mask represented his shinigami powers, and his zanpakuto was channeling his quincy powers, then where exactly does that latent potential of a shinigami lie for him, since the whole hollow and zanpakuto access methods are already taken?
Here's how I reason it.
Ichigo first got Shinigami powers by bumming them off Rukia. These were destroyed by Byakuya, but served to awaken his own latent powers.
Urahara then further spurred them into developing with his training.
But, rather than his latent shinigami powers coming to the forefront, his Quincy Blood instead became the core of his powers. He was, essentially, a Quincy emulating a Shinigami.
This is why, as Ichigo pushed more and more into trying to develop Shinigami abilities, his Inner Hollow kept surging to the forefront, as his Inner Hollow is the true state of his Shinigami Powers.
Thus, when he initially rejected his Inner Hollow, it weakened him severely. Unlike the Visoreds, who were partially Hollowified and could use Hollow Powers to augment their own, Ichigo's power IS intrinsically that of a Hollow. This is where the Hollow Mask comes in. By training to emulate the Visoreds and use a Hollow Mask, Ichigo was in actuality learning to tap into his repressed Shinigami Powers.

Furthermore, this is why Ichigo was able to come close to regaining his powers using Fullbring. As Fullbring is a power derived from Hollows Ichigo's would thus be very close to his Shinigami powers. Even after having the Fullbring he developed stolen by Ginjou his training with it still brought him closer in alignment with his Shinigami powers. This is why after his powers were further jump-started by the Gotei-Sword Rukia stabbed him with, his form had changed. You could thus call his "Fullbring+" form his "100% Shinigami" state.

>If you remember anything else please mention it
DANGAI DANGAI DANGAI DANGAI
DANGAI DANGAI DAIKAZOKU

But that was explained by several anons weeks ago.

>last chapter
>Yhwach reforms in the future
>His darkness spreads over Gotei 13 and threatens Soul Society
>Captains are helpless against Yhwach's power
>Ichigo appears and unveils his sword, Zangetsu
>Ichigo shouts Zangetsu's release command: Bleach
>Aizen whistles "Number One" while sitting on the Soul King's throne

Explain it to me then? How can they talk within and through Huenco/SS if the Dangai distorts time?

That's just straight powerlevels. You need to include STORYLINES. PLOT POINTS.

What happened with Sharktits?
Royal Armor?
0 Squad?
Orhime, Chad and Uryuu could all deal with spirit particles because Urahara made a neato gate to transform 'em. They never passed through that again. The fuck?
Why were the Shiba's banned? Because of Kaien? Isshin? Why the ENTIRE CLAN? For that matter, WHO IS in the Shiba clan because there seems to be FUCKTONS.
Why aren't all the "banned" SS people not now un-banned because, in hidsight, they were all played like idiots by Aizen and weren't bad or criminal at all?
Why does Zaraki claim loli girl is gone when she is in fact right there?
WHO IS THE SOUL KING?
What about Bohahaha?
Soul Society is filled with people from all eras but they don't try to get technology correct and just live in feudal Japan?
Why is Inoue so stingy on her healing?
What was the point of reforging Ichigo's sword?
Captain Mom died fighting Zaraki...as a dumb means of powerup to beat Gremmy. Why? Why Unohana? Why not just simply power him up?
WHO THE FUCK IS SHE, KUBO? I SWER TO GAD. You introduce her and then nothing.
Now that Isshin really only needs to be "Dad" for no reason, what is he gonna do????
What was Ywach's motivation? His goal? Why did he even want the power? To do what?
For that matter, what did Ichigo have that he wanted so badly anyway?

The dead-end plotpoints are endless, user.

Why didn't the shinigami take over Hueco Mundo and kill all the hollows after they all basically died thanks to Aizen.

Why didn't any other non-Espada Vasto Lordes appear to fight the Quincies shitting all over the place? Their canon power level was definitely enough to take them on, and hollows are poisonous to Quincies, and it would be logical for more to appear after some time had passed, if they weren't there already somewhere.

Why didn't the Vaizards use their mask powers to kill the Quincies? One direct hit cero would have done it.

Why didn't Ywach just use Yamamoto's bankai to burn down the entire soul palace since everyone was gathered there since he didn't care about casualties?

Chad's powers were based on hollows, but somehow that was never useful against the Quincy? He should have finally been useful here but wasn't because _______

Wasn't Aizen still part Hollow? Why did he take the hit for Ichigo when there was never a set strategy for the 2 to rely on when he could have just baited Yhwach against Ichigo/Renji and just killed him himself, and instead just assumed everyone but Yhwach would know what was happening despite having no way of ever knowing what was happening?

Why wasn't Orihime's god abilities ever explained? Why couldn't she reject the powers of the Quincy outright? Why wasn't she getting carted around the save everyone's lives instead of be a useless healbot for Ichigo?

Did the Fullbringer's abilities carry over death and make them Fullbringers in soul society, or were they Shinigami? Why weren't there more of them around if either was the case?

>No more Rangiku porn

Bleach porn in general has been in decline for years, but still.

>You need to include STORYLINES. PLOT POINTS.

How about you read user?

The butterflies basically acted as phones that worked in sending live messages despite the time distortions.

but the butterflies aren't used for communication in the later chapters are they?

also how does that matter if they're inside the dangai talking to someone on the outside?

What about Hell? It's clear not all hollows were good people...

The Maggot's Nest held SS undesirables...but apparently won't kill them? And Mayuri could be pardoned? And if that's the place to be banned, why are Urahara and his group + Visored not banned there?

The Quincy are humans...and apparently there's an entire dimension of them that have lived for more than 1000 years but not on Earth??? Why is Ywach able to LIVE THAT LONG in the first place?

For as much as Souken was brought up in the last few chapters, his existence is practically nonexistant in the manga itself...

Is Chad a fullbringer and nothing else?

What about Orihime?

>it ends with ichigo frozen forever in a crystal

Good end

They must be, there's no other way to communicate.

The Kubo explanation is that they "just work", like despite how time works in the SS, HM or the human world, you can use a butterfly you will get the message that the person is saying live.

The better question would be how the butterflies work to do that.

But Butterflies aren't an instant message service. They have to go through the Dangai themselves.
Hence is why my issue isn't about Butterflies existing or their powers. It's how they're nullified by the existence of a greater power that's instant.

But then what about arrancar swords?

What is confusing to me is the difference in how all three become stronger. You've got me thinking now.

Hollows consume/join other hollows, Quincies get some/all of their power from Ywhach, Shinigami.. train?

Every soul, whatever their source of energy, seems to have some ability to manipulate reality in some way. Create something, change something, move something, whatever.

But they all seem to be tapping into something. As they get stronger they seem to be gaining more access to something and I'm not sure what it is.

But my guess is that shinigami typically develop their access to this source, but hollows start out with less of a mind so they just absorb others and basically hijack the others' access to the same thing.

Another user suggested to me that asauchi are hollows and they eat slain hollows.

So what I think hollowfication does is actually grant access to the power of all souls killed by that individual, whereas an arrancer is basically using shikai/bankai because the relative power increase seems comparable, just the ones shown had a different base level.

Perhaps they are two sides of the same coin after all.

The mysterious energy is going to be Chad. He's been wandering around for 10 years wondering where the hell everyones been. Since he was present during the big war quincy god dudes spirit energy shit lingered on chad.

>release command: Bleach

I would literally stand up and clap towards my keyboard

Post yfw Yhwach is Ichigo's Yachiru

Same.

Hell has to be something to do with where you go if you leave the cycle of real world/hueco mundo/seireitei

Soul king is linked to hell (and whatever else)?

Soul king is the barrier between the three worlds and hell (and whatever else)?

Sequel manga is what happens when hell (and whatever else) rejoins the three known worlds?

Yeah, why DIDN'T Yhwach just melt everyone with ZnT?

where is Yachiru

Why did Kenpachi's zanpakuto spirit have its own separate shikai?

Kenpachi would've been totally OP if he had Yachiru's shikai abilities.

Regarding the "Source" that they draw on, I'd say that the portrayal is that all entities within Bleach have an innate "Power" within themselves. The issue is drawing it out.

A Hollow is a Soul that has degenerated and become twisted, with each one taking on a different form. This could be the "Power" of their soul being externalized. This is alluded to early on, when Rukia claims that a Hollow's mask acts to shield the soul that has bared itself to the world. Thus by the act of devouring other Hollows, they are able to take on the powers of other Souls, and develop their own. This is epitomized by Aaroniero, who utilize this concept literally, having full access to all the powers of those he's devoured, rather than simply augmenting himself with them.

The theory goes that Oetsu observed Hollows, and came up with the Asauchi as a "Blank", onto which a Soul could imprint and develop its power, without Hollowifying or devouring others. The ultimate state of the resultant weapon, the Zanpakuto, is the Bankai. The Bankai is explicitly an externalization of the power developed in the Zanpakuto, conceptually similar to the nature of a Hollow I mentioned previously.

There's a certain sense of inevitable, natural progression to these powers. As a Hollow builds power, it becomes slowly more Humanoid, eventually removing part of its mask, its "Shield", becoming an Arrancar. In this state, the powers once utilized by their body alone is sealed in the form of a sword. Then, just like a Bankai, they can externalize it again as a Resurreccion. The parallels are made more explicit by Aizen, with his frequent talks of "Breaking down the walls between Shinigami and Hollow", and his musing that after transcending, both he and Ichigo's swords became fused to their arms.

Thus, rather than "Two sides of the same coin", it might be more apt to call Shinigamis and Hollows two alternate paths, with the same end point.

Lisa's, Iba's, and Isane's bankai need to be added.

I am really happy that this just happened, because you pretty much just described what I struggled to, but put it eloquently and with more fitting words. Even if you did leave out the part about what it is that hollowfication augments a shinigami with.

It's almost a shame that we didn't see a transcendental that started out as a hollow.

Hollows never really needed segunda etapa since they didn't militarize in any sense until Aizen/Ywhach started looking for power but I would wager that they are the equivalent to bankai.

Also me I hope Kubo can prove us right in the last chapter. The nature of the soul king and hell should be the key to confirming all of this.

Real Thread

ChadIchi

Even if Bleach had gone full SOL this would have been the least important plot point for the purposes of world-building.

Get out faggots!

The new soul king

Canon

By far the biggest ones are

>Why did Aizen detest the Soul King so much? How was the Soul King related to Ywach?
>Why was the Sternritter cross identical to Orihime's hairpin?

>Hisagi's training
Kubo wasted a whole page this chapter just to make fun of this dropped plot line, probably because fangirls pestered him about it after sniper-flamingo Quincy seemingly killed him

so.. Orihime is the daughter of the old Soul king

The energy they're sensing is soul god ichigo getting his dick sucked by orihime. He's climaxing and accidentally releasing reiatsu. Kubo you mad man! Everyone in soul society is going to see it and the final chapter will be ichigo blushing saying "sorry guys its just that orihime gives great head"

>Why does Zaraki claim loli girl is gone when she is in fact right there?
?

>long hair
absolutely fucking disgusting

At least Kubo further masculinized him to reach near Isshin-tier. Gotta get those Shiba genes to REPRESENT!

>Aizen whistles "Number One" while sitting on the Soul King's throne
>All characters start singing the theme song.
youtube.com/watch?v=FMLlUPYjy74

The ultimate edging method
Orihime "rejects" his climax
What they're feeling is what slips out
Ichigo cums and breaks reality
The Perfect End

He says that Yachiru, who isn't there anymore, was the cause of his poor directions. Yachiru is right there. She is his sword. She can probably talk to him just like before, too, since everyone can talk to their swords. Zaraki still got lost.

So then there's no problem? He's still getting lost because she's still there.

Halibel got gangraped and then nothing

Can he still touch Yachiru?

Also, why the fuck did Ichigo even get a new bankai, if all it was going to do was break three times, and then become the original Zangetsu again? Such a cocktease.

his hollow and shinigami forms were basically the same thing

his bankai was just a hollow mask over his shikai which was his quincy powers

or at least that's how I make sense of this mess

There wasn't any plot to begin with.

so what i dont get:

>Yawach was defeated like 1000 years ago
>Yawach comes back, but suddenly he has powered up to godmode

seriously, everyone he fought was surprised by his almighty powers, so how did they defeat him 1000 years ago and why did he not use his powers then?

also, why did all the parts of the soul king, like his arm and the viking dude decide to fight for him?

Thassawhattamsayin

ah yeah that is what you're saying

The beginning part with the nazi's invading immediately was cool as shit but once the whole stealing bankai thing ended and jii-san died the momentum of hype died down and is became normal boring bleach shit.
