Yes, send a missionary there and make sure the maintenance slider is all the way down on the economy tab. Then lower the autonomy of the province if you can. Now all you have to do is sit back and wait for Jewish rebels to spawn and Jewify your nation. Once they conquer enough provinces you can accept their demands and it will convert your country.
