At work, a female co-worker emailed me with an idea for a project I was managing. In a professional manner, I told her why her idea wouldn't work. She asked again, and I explained again why it wouldn't work, in a professional manner. I then saw her slam her door and march to my boss's office like a toddler having a temper tantrum.
My boss had a meeting with me where I was guilty until proven innocent of harassment. The entire "harassing" exchange was via email, and my boss couldn't point to anything in the emails that was inappropriate. Yet, because the co-worker said I hurt her feelings, I was guilty for a while.
After spending a lot of time explaining to my boss how as long as I act professionally, I can't be responsible for a co-worker's feelings, she reluctantly gave up. Eventually this female co-worker started accusing other people of harassment, and my boss finally told her to get a thick skin and give people the benefit of the doubt. I wish she would have done that for me.
If this exchange hadn't happened by email, it would have been a hysteric woman's word against mine, and I would have lost. I'm left avoiding speaking to women at work. I avoid being around them. I just say hello in the hall, and talk about the weather. I've started to avoid being around women all together.
Should I just keep doing this? It's kind of relaxing not being around women.
Carson Ward
That's what they did, they infiltrated male spaces and instead of a compromise to work together, they made all the demands and sadly, men bowed down to their pressure and by now, the female point of view is the standard. Women were never required to give up some of their desires or feelings in order to accomodate the males as well, it was always exclusively the other way round. That's why feminism has always been a big lie with its "it also improves men's rights, it also helps men", it's only supposed to "help" men in the way they are required to "better their behavior" in a "non-offensive" way. It's all bullshit, right from the start the men in power should've shown clear boundaries and made it clear to women that they also have to make sacrifices in order to join a mixed workforce, but instead it was (and still is) a big bunch of virtue-signaling to the leftist-controlled media how "tolerant" and "progressive" it is to pamper women and to bow to their every demand (similar to muslims right now over here). It's insanity.
Hunter Jackson
ALWAYS communicate with strangers through black on white. Good job.
Eli Wright
>Should just keep doing this?
Yes. If someone asks if youre avoiding women be frank and basically repeat what you said in your post.
Carter Reed
Unfortunately...these cunts would have never been allowed to infiltrate if men never opened the gate for them to enter.
Wyatt Foster
Have you tried being an attractive male?
Logan Bennett
I've only started working professional for a few years. When I came to work, my attitude was I'm going to work hard not only for myself so I can get a promotion, but because others at work are relying on me. I went out of my way to help others, and saw us as a team.
But now I look out for myself. I still work hard, but I don't go out of my way for other people as much, and I've stopped caring about them.
Ethan Clark
You should get a lawyer next time, unconditionally.
There will be a next time.
women consider this thing like breaking a dam.
another women comes along a few years later and makes the second claim. It doesn't matter if the first blew over, the second now has the force of "and there have been previous complaints".
I would get a lawyer and maybe find a way to have something permanently entered into your file that suggests you were unfairly targeted. I don't know. Talk to a lawyer.
These women look for weak links. Anything that can get them what they want, and if they think they can make a convincing case against you they will.
Not all women are like this of course, but the ones that are are very hard to avoid.
Lincoln Adams
People are cunts. Cunts with cunts are the biggest cunts. You just ate the cunt pill.
Josiah Watson
Unfortunately the real men were fighting a war started by the Kaiser and then continued by (((Hitler))). When they came back in smaller numbers and broken, the gate could not be kept shut.
Jaxson Morales
Similar thing happened at my work. Dumb female kept coming up with suggestions under the guise of "helping everyone on the team" but they clearly were designed to make others make up for her own incompetence. Luckily my boss was a guy and sided with me every time. She eventually broke down and quit.

Men of Sup Forums, resist the perfidious leaf
Xavier Rogers
Sad, but true. I remember when it was this co-worker's first day, and I gave her a tour and went out of my way to share advice that I had learned which would save her some hardship. I've stopped going out of my way.
Austin Price
You don't have to avoid them, but be smart about it. Never joke around them as you don't know what triggers them, or look at them in a way that can be construed as 'creepy', or touch them in any way. And whatever you do, NEVER allow yourself to be alone with one, always have a witness in the case she cries harassment or rape.
Women have made interactions with them dangerous, it's important to take precautions.
Mason Watson
This actually sometimes makes them act even more insane and irrational. If they get the feeling they "can't have you" they'll do everything they can to destroy you.
Thomas Baker
>You should get a lawyer next time, unconditionally. If you are at that point, it's time to get a new job.
Adrian Lopez
This is the problem. You can't win.
Christian Morgan
You did the right thing. I work in a female-dominant profession. Always communicate via email especially with women. Don't ever converse with them about anything not work related. No small talk and absolutely no joking. Let them see you as a bore. If you have to have an extended verbal conversation follow up with an email exchange where you record what was said between the two of you.
Yes it's autistic as fuck but you'll thank me when you still have a career and you aren't blasted all over Tumblr
Asher Nguyen
Exactly. I never ever go to this women's office. If I absolutely need to talk to her, I email her.
Bentley Wilson
Get a job at a small company that doesn't hire women. Preferably Amish.
Colton Lewis
I've never ran into that kind of situation op. I treat everyone like shit equally.
Jaxson Richardson
he's not really wrong
Matthew Rodriguez
And never mess with chicks at work. Keep work at work and family business at home. old fag
Asher Diaz
I work as a teacher, trained as a mechanical engineer.
My team is a group of all female leftists who think math = word problems. Problem is, my students are low income Indian children (sub 90 IQ is the average). At any rate, it's never going to be possible to integrate word problems into the curriculum so I don't try.
When they confronted me about this, they accused me of not following the curriculum and that I was a terrible person. I told them that they weren't my boss and to fuck off. Now I have allegations that I'm being a sexist filed against me.
Women are pieces of moronic shit
Lucas Peterson
That's rough. I was never a feminist, but I used to think, "Oh men and women can do whatever they want." This experience led me to research the differences of men and women more, and I realized women should not be in the workplace. They view the world through feelings and being mothers taking care of infants. When they don't have infants, they start viewing adults as infants (i.e., this guy is being mean; I have to protect my fellow co-workers from him!)
Ryan Thompson
Except he's really wrong.
Jaxon Nelson
I hate it when people say their workplace is a family. That's like when people try to replace family with government.
There might be a few exceptions, but 99% of workplaces are not families.
Aaron Diaz
That's what happened in England. Total war and total mobilisation. If you're not a soldier you're working in the factories or on the farms. The militia on the home front were callups of old men and young boys. Women would never have worked in factories in such numbers otherwise.
Ryder Turner
OP literal faggot
Aiden Evans
They are female supremacists. They want to "help" men by making them women.
Wyatt Collins
I'm sad to say, I agree. I feel like a fag at work. This is why women push for immigration -- they want the masculine men that our feminist society has pushed out.
Michael Allen
>Met one bitch and it turned me into an ass-pirate.
Parker James
That is close. Keeping your family life separate from coworkers ears is vary important. It's like defensive driving but at work.
John Collins
Really true. I'm tall and haven't had problems with women. My plea to any user who isn't so great with women is to not make it a central crisis in your life. There. Is. No. Winning. My wife is a great person, but its always a tenuous exercise to get along completely. The best you can do is be patient and honest. Women will respond better over time to consistent treatment that is patient and honest. I have found women at work to be immediate problems, but if you can survive the initial onslaught of emotion, they can be OK.
That said, it shouldn't have to be like this and I resent deeply the fact we cant ACTUALLY have the 'dialogue' women claim they can't have. I would love to talk OPENLY about how we could separate women and men into more effective teams, but without logic and reason--the 'muh diversity' argument always wins.
Wyatt Martin
Sue her for extortion, since most "harassment" claims are simply that.
Michael Myers
Not only that, they aren't women. They are preop FTM.
Ryder Wood
Have one of your friends beat her with a bat, faggot. Obviously - it should be done next year, and seem unrelated. Got it genius.
Must Sup Forums solve everything. Last cunt wanted to fall in love with a kike.
Ayden Richardson
I was put in a very similar situation.
Extremely frustrating and complete BS.
Fortunately, like you, email and my history of actions helped me.
Luke Perez
They're proving that women are weaker and wasting time with this nonsense.
Elijah Nguyen
The most importance thing is not to panic or get angry. Just keep your cool and stick to the facts (truth). They can't fuck you over that way.
Landon Lopez
>pic related if she looks like that you're fucked get another job
Gavin Miller
Slippery slope to gayness tho
Asher Roberts
Haha nope. Catherine Devenue is the pinnacle of beauty. The co-worker is probably a 5 or 6, but getting a gut. She's heading for the wall, soon.
Hunter Evans
I'll never become gay,, but some weaker men I could see falling into that pit.
