The way you can easily get rid of the President is by getting the VfGH involved. If the President breaches constitutional law, he can be removed from office by the VfGH, no majority in parliament required. Most prominently, if a President were to refuse to sign a law into effect, the FPO could get the VfGH involved and they could immediately remove VdB without recourse by him.
Though there is the probability that if the SPÖ ends up in the low 20s range that Kern will go immediatly. If Doskozil takes over it's possible that Kurz will prefer him to Strache.
