Yeah, sorry, it's a Man of Losh.
Honestly, what sold me on the Part 4 anime was Angelo. He never really made much of an impact within the manga and was mostly a J.Geil 2.0 who just moved the story along and came across as an silly disgusting villain.
It made me surprised with how much David Productions went the extra mile to make him as despicable and horrifying as they possibly could and it actually worked. It made an unremarkable and gross enemy into honestly a brutally hardcore villain.
-Subtle changes to his design to help him stand out more like the spiky hair, the unnaturally pale skin and the ogrish facial expressions.
-Some of his goriest scenes were hardly censored and became actually shocking.
-They actually gave him an additional crime by showing that the man he possessed to rob a store had a girlfriend which he mangled.
-The soft pastel color scheme prevalent in the new season made the grim and bloody colors used on Angelo's flashbacks stand out much more.
-All the crimes he did were actually shown in flashbacks, and they had the sense to not reveal his worst crime before he was actually fought (I honestly thought it wasn't even going to be revealed, let alone shown).
-He got his own theme. A fucking amazing one too.
-Aqua Necklace had a distinct jittery way of slithering around and a separate voice to make it more unsettling.
-Ryohei's death had much more of an impact in the anime, which works to make Angelo's crime heavier.
Honestly it blew me away how much they improved an weak villain to make him stand out.
