Shh! You'll wake them

Shh! You'll wake them.

I can't really remember, but i think this was the first anime scene to make me cry. Ahh good times

This wrecked me like nothing else, I could watch anime for another 10 years and still not find anything that raped me emotionally this hard

No, I don't think I will...

I remember watching it back in highschool and then finding the manga had an even more heartbreaking ending. Good series.

Was it? It was possible Chrno came back at the end. Left open to interpretation

Why the low reply count? Is Sup Forums dead?

Nah; everyone else is just too busy beating off to RE:Zero, or trolling/countertrolling the Shounen Jump Generals.

Most of Sup Forums's current user-base probably doesn't even recognize this series.

what replies do you want, "here's a meme from 12 years ago lul" okay great, whatever

I want to hold hands with Rosette

Don't we all?

I don't think I'll ever watch this series - memories connected to it are a bit too unpleasant.
Was around 15 and met some girl on anime forum. After a bit of talk she asked me to write some dvds for her including Crusade, since she didn't have a way to. Even told me she'd pay for disks and shit.
And then, when I met her, it turned out to be 25+ obese woman.

no one gives a shit about your horndog blogs

Hey, it's a free bump.

Please don't sage I'm not either one of these fags

I own the series but never completed it. My roomate is nearly done watching it though.

I've been rewatching and rereading both versions side by side. I had never read past volume three before, but it's been interesting seeing the differences.

Manga > anime

You have to remember that a significant portion of Sup Forums's userbase only watches seasonal anime.

because Sup Forums never discuss good stuff.

It's not even that the majority watch seasonal anime. It's just that no newshit on Sup Forums will get involved in a thread about an anime they've never even heard of. Threads like this have a barrier to entry that's too high.

Yes, Manga version is a masterpiece.

Anime version is clunky at a time but this scene is the most "beautiful" death I've ever seen.

That's fair.
