She and La Folia were both needed to unlock another familiar so that's 2.
When she kissed him on the boat he lost control and sunk his teeth into her so that's 3.
In the sidestory adaptation he bit her again so that' 4.
In the OVA her sweat broke the charm placed on him and he bit her for the 5th time so far in the anime.

I have to wonder if at this point there are scars in her neck, or perhaps Kojou just uses his familiars to revert her body to a previous age when she wasn't damaged. Come to think of it that might explain why she doesn't appear to be growing despite being like 14 at the start of the series. Kojou is keeping her that way.

Was that from the arc dealing with Nalakuvera (pic related boat) or was that the arc that dealt with Natsuki's dimension prison? The alchemist arc had them mainly on a boat, but I don't recall Yukina needing to give blood in that, however I could be wrong since it's been a long time since I re-watched it.

It was at the end of the alchemist arc.

First his possesed sister kissed him, then Kojou lost control which prompted Yukina to kiss him which presumably caused Kojou's vampiric urges to kick in and make him bite her. That's how Kojou unlocked yet another familiar which allowed him to beat the big bad of that arc.

This is all from vague memories of watching it with Sup Forums a couple years ago so take it with a grain of salt.
