I'm not saying judges/juries find cops not guilty. I'm saying prosecutors don't even bring cases against cops, because prosecutors aren't independent at all and have to score political points and it's super popular to never ever question or charge the police

You can be strong and fairly good on your feet and be fat. Just look at 60% of the defensive linemen in the NFL.
Also most of the less athletic cops are traffic cops, ticket cops, or work the desk. The ones that are actually fit do the nigger chasing.

Portland PD here. We are required to maintain fitness standards but the traffic and parking cops seem to get a pass for all the fatty cakes they like.

Just a couple years. I'm 31. I was in the army prior to that. My best advice is to work as much or more on the mental aspect and respect for the law as it is written. Too many people start seeing the public as an enemy or are constantly suspicious, but you are there to maintain order and safety. Have a clear mind, make informed actions, and your judgement won't ever be in serious question.
