Longest running sure, but Houbunsha's money would be better spent in Gochiusa and Kinmoza, the currently airing New Game, and the upcoming Stella no Mahou.

They basically have abandoned Manga Time Kirara to focus on Kirara Max/Forward/Carat since those are more otaku-oriented magazines.
