Rereading the chapter. Haven't been in threads but I noticed a couple small things.

The magazine has 48 issues in a year. It prints 2.4 Million copies per issue(it decreased from last year 2.6 Million). Each copy is around 2.5 dollars. It also earns advertisement money. About the costs, Distribution and Print is the basically the same as volumes. Paying the staff(editors and authors)of is a SG&A cost( Selling, General and Administrative Expenses), and separated from the Magazine and volume costs.
There is the fact that print numbers aren't the same as sales due to returns, in average the return rate of magazines is 38.8%, volumes is 37.3%. So let's say that 2.4 Million copies(1-0.388) = 1.47 Million copies are sold.
There is also the fact that printing the Magazine is cheaper than the volumes, simply because of the paper and ink quality, but also because is just copying 1 thing, the issue. For volumes you have a ton of different series and they have all different number of print. But let's forget that and consider it all the same.

So we have 1.47 Million copies/issue * 48 issues = 70.6 Million copies. So 70.6 Million copies * 2.5 dollars = 176.5 Million dollars. The magazine sales will be 176.5 Million dollars + Advertisement.

By the Shueisha Media Guide 2015 we have that advertisement can go from 800k yen to 9 Million yen. In average we have 3.24 Million yen per advertisement, this is the same as 26,7k dollars. Looking at an issue of the magazine we have around 80 ads(And I'm counting per page. There are some times that multiple ads are in 1 page. But I'm also using the average of how ads cost, so it must even out somewhat).
So we have 80 ads * 26.7k dollars = 2.1 Million dollars. Adding the number of issues we have 2.1 Million dollars * 48 issues = 100.8 Million dollars.

So Weekly Shounen Jump Magazine n a year sells around 176.5 Million dollars + 100.8 Million dollars = 277.3 Million dollars.

Let's see volumes. first is to note that Volumes cost around 5 dollars, 2 times more than the magazine. This year we have this known sales:
One Piece -> 14 Million
Assassination Classroom -> 8.6 Million
Haikyuu!! -> 6.5 Million
Shokugeki no Souma -> 4.3 Milion
Naruto -> 3.5 Million
Nisekoi -> 3.2 Million
Bleach -> 2.7 Million
World Trigger -> 2.7 Million
Gintma -> 2.6 Million
Boku no Hero Academia -> 2.2 Million
Total -> 50.3 Million copies
Total Sales -> 251.5 Million Dollars

Other than those titles we have Toriko that I will assume sold 1.9 Million copies(just behind the 30th position) adding 9.5 to the Total sales making 261 Million dollars. The rest of the titles are Black Clover, Hinomaru Zumou, Dance club, PSI Kusuo Sainan, Kochikame and Isobe. They each sells really little so I will not consider(will be inside of the error margin of the estimates).
So given this rough estimates we have that in 2015 the volumes sold 16.3 Million dollars less than the Magazine.
