I haven't actually read the manga, but this anime goes through plot points and characters so fast that I get the feeling they're skipping a bunch of stuff from it.

How can a single anime have so many fuccbois? There's like 5 or 6 new every episode.

The mangaka started out by making Reborn doujins, went on to make BL manga and then made this. There's even official doujins out there of this series.

I recall seeing a few for the early episodes, but then nothing. Not that they survived for long.

I'm still watching it for the cute boys but like mentioned, the breakneck pace really is exhausting. You don't get time to get used to new characters before the scene switches, more stuff happens and more new people are thrown in your face.

From what I read of the manga, they rushed through some chapters, skipped Wrath and Gluttony's first appearance, and removed the scene where MC's uncle first appeared outside of flashbacks.

And I only read like 8 chapters.

I think it does the camp balanced with edginess better. Bungou had faces out the hoo hah but we don't need those faces, nor did we need the edge but it couldn't be saved from that. At least this kinda knows it's bullshit.
