Tart Magica is really cool conceptually and has some good parts but is overall pretty weak IMO. The pacing is wonky and it is full of these enormous infodumps about the french revolution.
Worth reading if you are into history or really want more meguka, but I wouldn't put it high on your list.

Madoka isn't some kind of joke. Most people I know in real life love and respect Madoka. I honestly don't know what's in her heart but I can respect that and I wish this series well for the future. God bless.
