What is the shittiest stand and why is it Ebony Devil? It's power is to posses a Zuni doll and attack somebody with a knife, but only AFTER you've gotten your ass kicked. Amazing. And everything you do to the doll synchronizes to Devo so if you can kill a doll you win. Don't even need a stand for that, if Polnareff hadn't been tied up under a bed that shit would have been over in like 2 seconds.
Name a shittier stand that's not something with obvious downsides like Cheap Trick or Notorius BIG.

Highway to Hell only kills one person, but you have to die as well.
At least Notorious B.I.G makes a crazy powerful Stand that can kill a ton of people when you die, Highway to Hell doesn't even do that.

If King Crimson is activated first, then no matter how many seconds Dio stops time, from Diavolo's perspective it happens instantly, so he'll just skip it.

Shonen series with large female casts don't usually do very well, so Araki did a genderswap on "Anasui" since she hadn't appeared for more than a few pages, or had a single piece of dialogue.
Alone high way to hell sucks, but with a healing stand near by it could be useful.
