You're a time traveler, and you want to prove to people in 1950 that you're from the future.
What one anime would you show them as proof?

Berserk 2016, CGI is the best possible proof.

Gunbuster. idk

Naruto

Astro Boy on DVD

Umaru

I would show them Oreimo on my smart phone and convince them that in the future only people that bang their sisters get to own smart phones as they are considered the upper echelons of society. Then I would return to the future to see how badly I had fucked it up.

PMMM, tell them I wished to go back in time to kill the butcher's dad for the Homu Rabu, and that QB and Hitler did nothing wrong.

Do I get to use a 1080p screen? They would be blown away by the resolution and vivid color of pretty much anything.

wtf that makes no sense though...

Boku no Pico

Monogatari.

Every Gundam series and movie. I would convince them that in the future we travel the stars and have giant robots.

Show them sakuga shit like Redline

Redline is the only acceptable answer

Bunch of fucking dummies in this thread all you gotta do is show them a lighter

sazae-san

wait

fug

Kancolle. Especially if they finally introduce the foreign ships in season 2. I'd try to make them believe it's a documentary.

Probably ghost in the shell, and watch there "wat" faces.
Either that or some incest shit like sora just to fuck with them.

>what is patlabor, gundam unicorn, ghost in the shell, macross plus, trust and betrayal, etc etc

Redline isn't even that good

will they even have the means to play any anime?

No you don't get it. We don't have time to show them anime with interesting plot; just really good animation. Redline fits the bill paafektury

How does good animation prove anything? They had great animation in the 50s. Like said, CGI or some other technological advancement is the best way to show it off.

OP specified anime, and lighters existed well before 1950.

I would show them 91 days.

Because seven hand drawn years

LoGH

Steins;Gate

Reee:Zero

Over 100,000 hand drawn unique frames
