I have seen what I think is a "shift". I was talking to a new Brazilian guy at work in a parking lot at night and he brought up reptilians out of the blue which is a strange thing to do when you first met a co-worker. He walked away from out under the street light and "shifted"? He briefly looked like the pictures. He then walked back toward me in the in the street lights light and looked like he did before. I got out of there quickly after that and he never showed back up at work.

I can tell you what she looked like.

Sort of like pic, but more human.
Skin was porcelain white, small patches of green around the body.
No hair on the body, completely smooth, no hair on the head, no pubic hair.
Small stature, average female height comparable to human women.
No or little to no clothing seemed to be part of the culture.
Very beautiful facial features, a tier or two above human women. Hard to explain that, looks like a 12/10 as far as facial features go.

Winged eye liner. Can't remember whether cat eyes or our eyes.
Grey nails, slightly sharp.
Same reproductive system as ours, at least as far as sex goes.
Small breasts, probably an A-cup.

Although the skin is hairless and smooth, small patches of scaling exists along the body.

Facial features are very very human, with the right makeup you probably couldn't even tell the difference.
