I don't have a trainer, so I just do 30 minutes of cardio, 20 sets of bench presses (70kg is the highest I can go), 20 sets of abdominal crunches (60 kg) and some weighted leg training (100 kg)

I just started about 2 months ago.

You can't get abdominal pressure if you breathe out. You gotta hold it in and do a proper valsalva maneuver. Or you can make a small opening by biting your teeth together, push your tongue against them and then exhale with great force. This makes a tssssh sound and is ridiculous.

Though valsalva isn't as important in bench press since you're spine isn't being loaded. It's crucial in squat and deadlift.

You need to train your back if you're benching. Do some rows and face pulls.
