Does "that" moment finally happen today? I really hope it happens, given what happened last episode.
>Does "that" moment finally happen today?
>"that"
Maybe we'll get a glimpse of it.
Out of the whole VN that one moment was the only real tearjerker for me. 8bit better get this one right.
I agree. I hope they'll use Kotori's theme.
Is that mammoth?!
Chibimosu is a dog, user.
No.. But... Look at it?
That is clearly a dog.
So, which route will it be after 'that'?
We saw some Moon flashbacks here and there. I assume we'll get to see Terra eventually.
Whatever they choose they won't be sticking to it to the end. If episode 7 is reserved for "that" moment, then that means they have 6 episodes left for 4 girls.
You think we'll get to see them?
I hope so. What's the point of showing those Moon scenes if they are not going to show Terra.
But didn't they say that they're covering a brand new route? They're probably using Moon to transition into anime original content rather than Terra.
>But didn't they say that they're covering a brand new route?
I want Kagari in that brand new route. I want a Kagari route. .
Kagari is cute! CUTE! CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Preparing for Moon & Terra S2?
>S2
Oh user, you poor innocent soul.
Yes.
Reminder that gaians are autistic pedophiles.
Starting.
Blades.
Hounds and summoner.
WOLVERINE
...
>UMA hunter, Tennouji Koutarou
...
...
...
...
Based kagari
Will he finally awaken his XelNaga roots?
Leaf dragon looks pretty cool
...
LEAF DRAGON!
...
>Sakuya carrying Akane and Chihaya
...
...
>they see Kotarou's power
More KotaKoto content is always great.
I'm honestly happy for this episode.
...
>you will never be as cool as Sakuya
>You'll never carry both Akane and Chihaya
May Inoue find peace.
I mean the Kagari in the anime is clearly the moon one and not the Terra one
>I mean the Kagari in the anime is clearly the moon one
Now that I think of it, you're right. Anime Kagari acts closer to Kotarou compared to Terra Kotarou.
So what route are we on now?
Guardianshit or Gaia?
>Anime Kagari acts closer to Kotarou compared to Terra Kotarou.
The fuck are you trying to say?
Speaking of Terra, wasn't Terra Koutarou the one who Told orphan Akane to hate all humanity?
I meant Terra Kagari. I'm so happy right now that I inputted it wrong.
Did he?
I don't actually remember what he said during their first meeting
Terra Kotarou was such a fucking edgelord.
So you're saying anime Kagari acts closer to Kotarou than Terra Kagari?
Yes. This is just my own opinion.
He did. He also (Real spoilers for lurkers) Ignored Akane when she tried to kill herself and constantly harassed loli Kotori
It was hard when first learning how different his personality was though just how edgy he was
Kagari is a phenomenon user, the moon one is like that because she had unlimited time.
Terra kagari is less than 4 year old.
Beside most of any Kagari's love goes to humanity anyway.
>Ignored Akane when she tried to kill herself
I don't remember that.
When was that supposed to happen?
During one of The Martel meetings. We don't hear Akane speak but when she was giving a speech Koutarou remembers seeing her before, but he eventually ignored her and she left him alone
But where are you getting Akane trying to kill herself from that?
Not him but I remember those meeting, I just don't recall Akane trying to kill herself
During one of Koutarou's memories in Terra, after he meets Iko, one of the orphanage leaders. I don't actually remember her trying but somehow Koutarou remembers
Or to be more precise it happens after hehunts a worm UMA in the school
The only thing that I can remember is loli Kotori shit talking Kotarou.
Part 1/2
Part 2/2
Ah, this one. Thank you for reminding me.
That's not Akane.
spoiler]Akane is 9 years younger than Kotarou[/spoiler]
That's not Akane
Akane is 9 years younger than Kotarou
But he's saying that the girl that tried to commit suicide is around his age.
He never was in a coma during Terra so Akane wouldn't be around his age.
>[HorribleSubs] Rewrite - 07 [720p].mkv
Subs out
You're right. I was misunderstanding since almost everyone Martel adopted was an empty shell
But that's wrong.
Some are just normaly introverted and suicidal.
Remember how he infiltrated Gaia in Terra
I'm a dancer
The one thing I don't understand or remember though is why Terra Akane was calling Koutarou daddy.
She was an orphan and probably never saw anyone that she could trust to care for her. Terra Akane is drawn to Terra Kotarou for some reason.
we x-men now?
I get that he was older, I just don't see how Terra Akane could have been drawn to Terra Koutarou. Maybe because he skipped out on the meetings or was by himself?
He's sorta like a Gaian. He cannot fit into any place he was put into. I also don't know how she's drawn to Kotarou.
I mean he's roughly as much a Gaian as Akane.
C+ to B-
Also Terra Kotarou is one of the persons who actually spend time with Akane outside of the orphanage.
On another note this episode ended on a similiar note to Kotori
Wait .. how did Shizuru and Lucia didn't know about Akane, Chihaya and Sakuya? Was Guardian's intel network so shitty not to know about Gaia successor and strongest familiar?
>Was Guardian's intel network so shitty not to know about Gaia successor and strongest familiar?
Yes
The dirty little secret of Guardian is that they're kinda shit at their job.
You're right. Terra Akane just approached Terra Kotarou and called him, her Daddy. I hope they include "that" scene from Kotori's route.
Sakuya killed a lot of Guardian agents and that they purposely monopolize information from each other. It was not known who is the old hag's successor until she died.
Sakuya actually didn't kill any Guardian agents
>Was Guardian's intel network so shitty not to know about Gaia successor and strongest familiar?
How else do you think Kotarou was able to fool them for so long?
When you've lost the one thing that made your life worth living, when there's no hope of getting it back, that is when a man cries.

Akane's route handled this better than the rest. It's too bad everything in her route after that moment is trash.
So when do they build a canoe to go to the moon?
For a route supposedly focused on Kagari, we have yet to have very much of her. It's pretty damn weird.
I kinda like the anime's rendition of philosophyz
They probably want to get the others out of the way first, though I don't have a clue how they're gonna handle the Gaians.
I honestly thought the show wasn't bad for the first couple of episodes
Then they started mixing shit from the heroine routes and made kotarou look like a harem protag.
Fuck that shit.
This episode really bothered me more so than the others. I get that they want to cram everything into one cour, but the way they handled the buildup to the forest breakup was just awful.
That's always the problem with adaptations like this that only get 12 episodes for a 60 hour story.
Unless there is a new season for Moon and Terra I ultimately feel this will be a disappointment.
I agree with though. The vocals sound clearer in the anime
It's because they wasted so much time rehashing the VN in a 'totally brand new route xD!' when there's like 13 episodes for an anime that would take 39-52 to properly adapt. It's also why it's selling like crap.
Why is it 3 pronged instead of the sword? The sword with Kagari's ribbon looks infinitely better.
This. The humor was top-notch and loyal to the VN up until they crammed Shizuru's and Lucia's routes into single episodes. Given how crammed for time they are, they could, at the very fucking least, used those episodes to not make the entire Leaf Dragon and group fracturing awful because of how compressed everything was.
Just fucking why.
The thing is, they said that the anime would adapt the brand new Kagari route that would be in Rewrite+, yet, instead threw in basically a summary of two other routes. It's awful, worse than the truncated Grisaia adaptations.
Even if they *just* did a single route and a shortish common, it'd still be super compressed with 12 episodes.
>"routes"
Quit whining, nerd. It's fine.
They should have just thrown out the character arcs entirely and go straight from the common route to whatever anime original route they had intended to do, using the Leaf Dragon encounter as the turning point. Everything before that point should be used to show that the Occult Research Club and its shenanigans means a lot to Kotarou. They don't have to put in all the pointless side quests to still make it interesting.
