The right one on mine was doing that not long ago. I was going to try some WD40 on it, but I had a bunch of other controllers lying around so I just synched up one of those instead.

I don't know shit about how to fix stuff, and they intentionally design those things to not be fixable by most people. Try to deal with it and if it's too much of a pain in the ass just buy a new one. Or of course try Sup Forums or Sup Forums.
