Aizen must've been the most easygoing of all the captains, he was the based big brother of all the captains, I can imagine him letting his squad get off training early to go relax, I can imagine him being the kind of guy who'd go into the Rukongai to play with all the homeless children, I can imagine him being the one captain everyone could go to with their problems/for advice, he'd be the kind of captain to bail you out if you ripped some sacred scroll or some shit that'd make Yamamoto want to kill you, he probably was the kind of captain who'd help cover for his squad members when they wanted to go out on a date. Even if it was all an act Aizen must've been the best captain to have, Shinji as well (just look at how well the visoreds got along with each other). Squad 5 is probably the dedicated comfy squad in Seireitei.
