No it isn't. The arm that lands up-top on the bin is a left arm. If you pause it, you can make out her stump and the left arm in the air above her. The other arm flies down towards the center of the screen near the tire.

This has been edited. The tire is real, but the arm and the flames are not. Someone did a pretty great amateur edit though. The arm was a bit of a lame touch though.

That was the word on the web after this got released. Obviously it was a Chinese streamer, so it's possible the rumor mill made up the 'dead' angle, but I do remember clearly that his stream ended when that happened. When that video was released, it was reported that no one had heard from the streamer since the prior night when his stream ended.

probably from a movie. the chinks love the concept of using security/cell phone camera shots in their movies to make it seem more realistic. if you watch their horror movies they're 50% fake security or cell phone footage. half of these are probably from chinese films. sorry if i ruined the fun of it.
