You know that whole 1950's - 1960's dream wasn't as easy at it seems right? My grandparents grew up poor as dirt and had to work long and hard in the mills to get something for themselves. One of my grandpa's had two full time jobs whenever my grandma started staying at home to support the family (wife and three kids, did good for the white race). This idea that it was all perfect back then just isn't true. I mean certain aspects were better (less Mexicans and blacks were somewhat controlled) but work was worse (companies could fuck you over easier).

It just blows my mind how easy my parents and grandparents had it. If you wanted a job you just went to a random business and asked for one, and you were likely to succeed. When my aunt was 19 she worked for a few months at a cafe or a restaurant, saved up money, quit her job and did whatever she wanted for half a year, and when money was about to run out she just went out and got a new job. Imagine living such an easy life, with no worries about work or money. She got married at 21 and became a sahm, and my mom got married and became a sahm at 22. They had a house in a nice area, a good car, and vent on vacations at least once per year. My dad had a boat and a sports car at 26 while supporting my mom and two kids. Meanwhile I'm 30 and working my ass off just so I can afford to put myself in debt for 40 years just so I can get a house in an area that probably won't get enriched by criminal gangs for another 10 years, just so my future kids can grow up in a semi-safe area.
