It's the best work of theirs that I've seen, but that doesn't mean all that much.
It's solidly 7-8/10 though, maybe less if you really didn't like the melodrama.

Does A-1 have the budget/talent pool to deliver good animation, effects, background etc?
Their works are meh at best and they depend a lot on the quality of source material, and even then they still screw up a lot.

They spend most of their budgets on over the top marketing schemes and hiring popular people to bait idiots into watching their shows. Their animatkon talent tends to be compromised or whoever is available and cheap but is clearly a secondary concern, especially of late
