How is that basic? That'd be fucking bizarre, both from an artistic standpoint and a legal one. They're different studios with different staff who have their own vision for their series, and even if they wanted to reuse it like hacks, I'm not sure they could get the rights to do so.
The 2011 OST was actually very good in terms of actual music, it was just misused.
