Their only defense to kicking me out is that what I did was offensive and they can't be offensiveness in school.

depending on how long the suspension is and implying the psychologist is paid for (which i doubt) I'd take that a good psychologist is a nice thing to have regardless. the 10 days out is also a decent option and you better be persuasive when you get back into school, but I doubt they'll kick you out if your decent in at least one subject.
