Ordained leadership is based on time period established long ago. They are describes as time, times, and a portion, in several places.
These are 1015, 2000, and 390 years periods, contiguous. The first age Hezekiah added 15 years to. Ezekiel gives us the 390, looking back from the river Chebar, which means "extent of time." Daniel gives us the earlier view looking forward from Babylon.
The start point is that of Joshua crossing the Jordan, 1408 BC. So the points of change are 393 BC, 1607 AD, when King James gave a new order, and 1997, which is also exactly 6,000 years from Adam.
