Dear Attorney General Sessions,
In light of the recent revelations regarding the illegal dealings of the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One, I as
an American Citizen am deeply concerned at the apparent lack of action shown by the Department of Justice and
Federal Bureau of Investigations. Despite having knowledge of the illicit activity all the way back during the
previous administration, no charges have been brought against the perpetrators. Even more incredulous is the
fact that those implicated in the Uranium One scandal are currently leading a farce of an investigation against
our sitting president, for the very illicit activities they themselves are guilty of. This indicates that those
with zero regard for the well being of the nation and credibility of her institutions are currently in control of
the institutions tasked with protecting them.
I implore the DOJ to prove me wrong and immediately begin a criminal investigation into the full dealings of the
Clinton Foundation and bring any and all wrong doers to Justice.

A Republican senator whose state possesses the majority of America’s uranium reserves is asking the Justice Department to explain what it did to warn U.S. officials about an Obama-era Russian nuclear energy corruption probe.
Sen. John Barrasso (Wyo.) said in an interview he is deeply concerned by reports in The Hill that the FBI uncovered kickbacks, bribes, money laundering and extortion by an employee of Russia’s main nuclear company before the Obama administration in 2010 approved the firm taking control of 20 percent of America’s uranium supply.
The senator said he has been concerned about the sale for many years. In 2010, he wrote a letter to President Obama sounding the alarm about it.
Barrasso wrote another letter in 2015, this time to the then-Treasury Secretary Jack Lew, expressing his concerns about the Russian government’s ownership of American uranium reserves.
“I ask that you provide my office with all documents disclosed by the Department to CFIUS concerning the investigation of Russian nuclear officials prior to CFIUS’s approval of the Russia-Uranium One deal,” the Senator wrote.
Barrasso’s letter requests the information no later than Dec. 1, 2017.

It's finally dawning on people: The Russian nuclear racketeering was an Obama administration scandal, which Congress ignored and the Justice Department investigated but did nothing to stop. Justice looked into the Russian crimes in 2009 and 2010, but waited until 2014 to do anything about it. And even then, it didn't answer any of the larger questions. It can't be ignored any longer.
