So I just watched this, and holy fuck I loved season 1, but I hated season 2.
Season 1 had all the awesome architecture, beautiful imaging, interesting sci-fi, and extreme suspense. Season 2 was just a cratoon for kids (a Mecha with the personality of a teenage girl, wtf?), I could barely watch even 3 episodes.
I am rather disappointed desu. Is the manga worth reading or is the same?
Everything goes downhill from season 2, and the manga's ending is one of the worst I've ever seen
