Subaru, Ram, Anastasia, and Patrache are in a dark, sandy catacomb, separated from everyone else. They explore a bit and find a split in the path. They go down the right path, which has a thick, foreboding atmosphere. After several hours of walking an argument breaks out between Ram and Subaru, which escalates into Subaru knocking her off Patrasche and pinning her to the ground with INVISIBLE PROVIDENCE!!! while physically strangling her. She manages to get him off her by using wind magic, Anastasia cuts in to try and stop them from killing each other. Subaru takes offense at Anastasia talking while looking down at him from atop Patrache and orders her to get down by threatening her with his whip. She gets down, tries mediating again, and Ram fully refuses to play along and restates she's not apologetic in the least for accusing Subaru of not caring about Rem. Subaru summons INVISIBLE PROVIDENCE to kill Ram, but Anastasia stabs her in the heart with a concealed knife before he can. She explains that Subaru is more useful alive of the two of them and goes to shake hands with him. He accepts the handshake while going for her throat with INVISIBLE PROVIDENCE, but Ram slices Anastasia in two with magic before he can kill her. Ana stabs Subaru before dying. Panicking, Subaru tries to use INVISIBLE PROVIDENCE to kill Ram properly but gets incredibly painful feedback from overuse and can't. Just when Ram's about to kill him, Patrache eats them both.

Subaru was trying to make conversation while they were walking down the passage, Ram repeatedly tells him to shut up. He does and they continue walking for a bit. After a while, instead of answering him when he tells her to be careful about the path ahead (cavern's narrowing), she just clicks her tounge. Subaru gets annoyed and asks if she has anything she wants to say. She says she has nothing to say to him. He gets pissed and says if she wants to hide her intentions, hide them fully instead of doing this fucking tounge clicking thing. She snarks at him for being so enthused about continuing down the path. Subaru says of course he is, they're here in the first place to meet the Sage, who should be down the path. Ram calls him out by saying they're not here to meet the Sage, they're here to save Rem. Subaru says it's the same thing. Ram says it's not and calls out Subaru for not showing any concern over Rem's well-being since they awoke in this catacomb (he did in the previous loop), says he's too focused on Emilia and Beatrice to care about Rem, that everything he's said about Rem loving him was a unverifiable pretty talk, that he's deceived Beatrice and Emilia with his behavior towards them. Subaru tells her to shut up. She doesn't and says she'll repeat it as many times as she wants: Subaru doesn't care about Rem in the least. Fight breaks out from there.

After the fight starts, Ram mentions that there's no merit to having Subaru meet Rem, calling him an insensitive/uncompassionate sex maniac, that the only one he considers important is himself.

Think that's to much to just be a coincidence, they have to be family in some form. Her dress design is amazing though that it works with her heartbeat. Could Pandora not have rewritten Emilia's memory to think she wasn't the daughter? Or is that pushing it

Knocking Ram off Patrache are 2 separate summons of Invisible Providence.
Anastasia attacks Ram before Subaru can summon Invisible Providence.
Patrache attacks Ram first, and while she's eating her, Subaru is recovering from Invisible Providence overuse feedback. He doesn't realise Patrache ate Ram until just before Patrache attacks him.

In the previous loop where they go down the left path rather than the right, a big part of the reason he chooses left is because something inside his chest screams in delight at the right path. The effects of the miasma also persists for Subaru across loops.
I take this as meaning he's resistant enough to house multiple authorities and have a cloud of miasma wafting around him constantly without going instantly fucking nuts, but not immune, and getting too deep in witch shit is a really, really, really bad idea.
