I know you're missing the point intentionally but I'll bite too. It's not a matter of being scared to do something. It's a matter of that thing being stupid in the first place because it contradicts the franchises main goals of selling toys to little girls because they want to play pretend pretty cures. Precure is a show for babies. Why watch it if you can't appreciate shows for babies? Complaining about cures not being corrupt enough is like complaining about the lack of feel-good moments in a horror film.

I think maybe the henshin would end a cures period immediately by removing the excess blood and closing up the interior bleedy bits. I think henshins are reconstructing the girl's entire body with magic, not just their clothes, but filling their bodies with magic too, making their muscles stronger, their brains faster, etc. etc. So while it does this sort of high speed 3D printing of the body I think it would "reset" the uterus too, probably. That's why they call it pretty cure.
