Basically he read a Facebook post about the Paris attacks, and that made him regret the story he was writing which was about vengeance. Then some fan from Vietnam sent him a letter thanking him.

It's great that he was sentimental about this, but to change his ending and destroy a character in the span of one page was fucking stupid. If he felt so strongly about it, he should have just started a new series instead shoehorning this message at the very end of this one.

It's kind of hard to summarize, especially since you aren't caught up. But basically

Ken finally fucks Yumin, and they decide to take on the Big Bad who is her father. They make their way up to his tower and eventually reach him. They fight the final boss who is basically a Ken clone, and after they beat him they turn their attention to finishing off her father. At that moment, Yumin shoots Ken out the window of the top floor for no apparent reason. He survives and there is a timeskip. He's taken control of all the gangs from around the world and enlists the help from the characters of Wallman to go after Yumin. The fight happens off panel, and at the last minute the girl from Wallman spares Yumin because Ken told her to. We get another time skip and Ken sends a messenger to Yumin handing her control over everything he has, making her the leader of every organized gang in the world. Then he just drives away. The End.

It's better if you read it yourself honestly. But thats the gist of it.
