Why don't you ask a fucking dictionary.
dictionary.com
>state or nation
>any considerable territory demarcated by topographical conditions, by a distinctive population, etc.
>the people of a district, state, or nation
dictionary.com
>a number of individuals assembled or associated together; group of people.
>a number of persons united or incorporated for joint action, especially for business
Oh, look, the United States of America qualifies for both definitions.
That's because, in business, words like 'company' or 'corporation' don't actually mean 'a huge business run exclusively by wealthy executives and exclusively for the sake of profit', they mean a group of people who pool resources together for a purpose.
A government is a corporation. A family is a corporation. Anything where two or more people are sharing assets to do x or y is a corporation or company of some kind.
The difference is whether it's for profit or non-profit, whether it's privately held or has a public partnership, its liability level, etc.
The US Government doesn't have stock holders, it doesn't make a profit, and it doesn't produce anything. Whatever idiotic point you wanted to make with this thread, you've utterly failed to do so by being simply so fucking uneducated you don't know what the words that come out of your mouth actually mean.
What you really want to ask is 'Is the US a plutocracy', but you were too fucking stupid to do so.
We put the comp in company.
Any state is a business
