I’ve been on a vegan diet for 4 months now.
I started because I was eating way too much shitty processed meats and also I have a fucking skin condition (psoriasis) that I thought it might help.
Still going now and my skin is definitely a lot healthier looking, psoriasis has reduced big times Could be because I am more careful with my diet but either way it wasn’t that hard to try it out.
/pols philosophy is mainly about self improvement and this diet has giving me some self improvement so fuck the haters.
I’m still right wing, I my have soft views on animals being slaughtered but if humans now have the choice to be healthy without needless slaughter then that must be a cultural self improvement too.
